I won an auction and it was erased from my computer | Auction Sniper

I was sniping on a group of photos from ww2 and I set for 3 second snipe. Now apparently you can't snipe under 5 seconds and I still don't know why. 4 seconds was a sure thing for me. Well anyway at three seconds I got a red message from sniper that my snipe was undetermined. I went to ebay and it clearly said I won the item and to contact seller for total. I was sniping multiple items that night from the same seller so I wanted to wait till the end for payment. When I went to pay, the first item I won was completely erased from my list. I couldn't even find it on the snipe calender!! And it was there when I originally won. I didn't see any red flag on the item before or after the auction.

Sorry to be a pedant but the best forum for this sort of thing is: Auction Sniper Support.

That said, I have no idea what the problem is - click on the HELP tab and log a support case!
