I used auction sniper to try and bid on a item i wanted. Just when i looked before, to my horror i hadnt won the item even though i had put enough bid on auction sniper.

I checked my email and i had a message saying..
"Invalid UserId/Pass
Your snipe did not win because of the reason above"

I tryied logging into my ebay account through through email and it even let me log on.

I WONT BE USING AUCTION SNIPPER AGAIN

I have been using AS for some time now and find the "stuff ups" are usually of my own doing! Come back and set up again
give it a fair go mate.

I had a similar thing happen, but on investigation it turned out to be a clasic P.E.B.K.A.S. situation.

I have been using Auction Sniper for many years now but after changing my eBay password forgot to update it in AS so it couldn't log in and bid for me ...

In my instance it was clearly a P.E.B.K.A.S. situation. The acronym stands for
Problem Exsists Between Key Board and Seat
