Hi jhg30,

I'm sorry to hear that your recent snipe was unsuccessful. If you click the "My Snipes" tab within your account and locate the record of this snipe under the All, Lost or Ended tabs, you should see a basic explanation of why your snipe was unsuccessful in the "Status" area.

Also, if you click the “View Confirmation” button (look for the eyeball icon) next to the snipe record, you should be able to see a snap shot of the last page we encountered when our system attempted to place the scheduled bid on your behalf.

If you need any further clarification on why your you did not win, please feel free to contact our Customer Support team by mousing over the “Help” tab within your account and selecting the “Contact Support” option.
