I Paid But It won't let me Snipe

I have been sniping for over a month now and all of a sudden I get the message that my 3 free snipes are over and I need to pay either with a credit card or through PayPal.

I paid $20.00 through PayPal two days ago and $10.00 again tonight. I still get the same message when I log on and I am unable to do any sniping.

I also cannot figure out where to look on the auction sniper website to verify the money I paid them. I contacted support two days ago, but they all seem to be on vacation. If anyone can shed some light on what is going on, I would appreciate it. Thank you in advance.

I have also transferred money and yet I can't activate my account. This is really annoying, since I am missing some good snipes. I have tried calling the offices, -no reply. Anybody have any ideas?

Payments via PayPal can take 3 days or longer. Thursday July 4th was a holiday in the US and nobody was really here Friday either. You should be credited by Monyday. Or you may put your credit card on file.

PayPal has always paid instantly for everyone else, so there is no reason it should take three days to reach Auctiva.

I was going to submit my credit card, but the credit card form does not use the SSL and I do not want my credit card number intercepted somewhere on the internet. Do they have a secure way for people to submit credit cards? Thanks!

I also sent in payment via PayPal. Annoying that I can't place snipes because of a 3 day wait period. Didn't read anything in my PayPal agreement that it would take 3 days for a transaction to clear so I can only assume that the delay lies on the AuctionSniper end.

It takes 3 days because we have to log into our account at paypal, and manually look at each payment to see who is sending it. It's not something that can be automated with a computer like paying with a credit card can be.

Thanks Sniper Sara! Perhaps y'all need to put a notice to this effect on your payment page? That way, folks will know to allow 3 days for payment to be posted.

All payments through Saturday at noon were credited around 3pm on Saturday.

So payments June 3-6th at noon were done around 3pm on Saturday. Any after that will be done Monday afternoon.
