I'm not getting outbid alerts via email | Auction Sniper

I've been using AS for ages with no problems. Recently however, I've notived that I'm not getting outbid notices emailed to me. Just this evening I've goine in to check the status, and have been outbid, but no email has arrived.

Also, I live in Brisbane, an hour behind Sydney during daylight savings. I've clicked 'Adjust for Daylight Savings' and clicked on Sydney time. Is this correct?

The outbid notifications can take up to a day towards the beginning of an auction, but since this one ended today, that notification seems a bit tardy. You might want to give this link a click: http://support.auctionsniper.com/
