Click the confirmation link next to your snipe, it gives you the exact message we received from eBay when we placed your bid.

If there is nothing listed there then file a support case, it most likely means we sent the bid but didn't receive a reply from eBay. Since we bid from multiple computers in different cities at the same time as backup it most likely means that there was either an eBay problem or some other more general eBay issue at that time.
