Remember the *itch (sorry for the language) that I had problems with? The negative feedback? Well, every now and then I check this lady's feedback and see if she has done the same thing to others that she has done to me. She has been a seller for 5 months, and in that time she has received 6 neutral comments and 20 negatives! How does she manage to keep selling? Doesn't eBay have rules about people like her?

I wish I could email everybody that she has left negatives for and tell them to report her to eBay! I know I should leave it alone, but it really irks me to see someone mess over someone else. Hopefully someday I'll go and check her out and it will say "Not A Registered User."
Six inches Lord, that's all I need!

Ebay has plenty of rules, they just don't enforce them. I too am watching a seller who has changed his id 4 times when his feedback gets in the 80% range. I report his ILLEGAL auctions frequently for all the good it does.

I hope so, but I wouldn't put money on it.
Yes, and there is another that I think is the same guy but I'm not sure. I'm watching his auctions and his feedback. How do you get their auctions pulled? I go to:
*Security Center
*Report a problem
*Highlight, Report a listing policy violation or prohibited (banned) item
*Highlight,Item that may violate a copyright or are counterfit
*Highlight,Report unauthorized copies of CD's DVD's tapes, etc.
*click continue
*click on unauthorized copies
*click report at the bottom of the page.

Any help is appreciated.
If she doesn't become "unregistered," she'll probably make her feedback "private." This way no one will know how bad she is. I checked her feedback around the beginning of the month and she had 94.4% positive and now she's down to 93%! Since eBay started this percentage thing, I have started reading more and more feedbacks. But I'm still hoping that eBay will get wise and ban her.

Dream on Crafty, Dream on. I sent copies of emails from sellers stating they copied the videos from TV. Ebay is very specific about tapes copied from TV not being allowed. However, they do nothing, absolutely nothing (at least that has been my experience. And with all this privacy crap they will not give you any information. These privacy laws are going excessively far protecting the guilty. IMO the crooks that are deliberately taking advantage of buyers are not entitled to ANY privacy. Buyers should be afforded some guarantees that protect them from these unscrupulous sellers. The should not be allowed to keep changing their ID’s as their feedback falls.
