I thought I purchased two battery chargers on E-Bay come back and I got them on something called E-bay Motors. The Listing was for four on a Dutch Auction. I bought 2 of the four and made an instant purchase on Pay Pal for two. Now 10 days later I'm expecting the chargers and I get an E-Mail..
"I am sorry to inform you I made an oops and oversold your item. So I'm going to refund your money. My apologies."
If he had four and only sold four its hard to understand.
In December another man was selling testers and he oversold - he had 5900 sales I don't like it but can understand he lost track of his orders. But a guy with 4 items just sounds fishy. I sent a question EMail to E-Bay will see what customer service says. I'm getting an education - mory
