I am new to AS and Buying Manager. I have tried to find my Buying Manager but can't. Can someone please show me?

I assume you know that once you've registered with BM, you will be charged 1% (in addition to AS' snipe fee) on all wins - whether BM had anything to do with it - at least that's what I last heard.

That feature is available here as well. Click the Modify Account link below the My Snipes tab and make sure intamail is enabled, and there should be a link there to modify your address.
I'm not sure how you do that on BM, but that's how you do it here.
The only advantage of doing it there vs here is that then sellers wont know you were using AuctionSniper.com
Sellers do use that email to ship. I was testing recently and changed my address and forgot to change it back and 2 sellers shipped my item to the wrong place. Oops. So I do believe it's a helpful aid to getting your items shipped faster. Anything at all to help a seller operate more quickly helps me get my items faster. Every seller is different. Many like to ship from the paypal address, many like to get the address from the buyer in email. With this the seller gets to choose whichever is fastest and most convient to him. I've sold a good many items on eBay as well and I know that sometimes I got lazy and shipped things a day or two later because I didnt have time to hassle with finding addresses and all that stuff. Maybe professional sellers always ship quick but there are a good number of recreational sellers like me on eBay and those people tend to ship when it's convenient for them, so making sure they have the address handy helps.
