I am trying to cancel an auction there is only 4 hours left

I am trying to cancel an item and there is no place to do it there use to be choices at the right of the item but all I have now is the status as ready I tried to put a check and took it to the top of the page to edit by putting in all zero but it would not allow it so it would not change it I am using windows 7 and internet explorer I have never had this problem before and have be with auction sniper for years can anyone help me

Hi Patricia -

I am testing using IE Win 7 and when I place a snipe it shows on the My Snipes page under the heading "My Snipes".

On the far right of the summary of your snipe there is a red "X" icon (it is right next to a "pencil" icon). When you hover over that "X" icon it says "Cancel this snipe". When you click that icon, you will cancel your snipe.

I just tested it and it works as intended. Please let me know if you don't see what I just described.

Dear Cara I went to my neighbors and was able to cancel my bids so I don't get multiples however I still do not have the availability to cancel on my computer Thanks
