When I am on my snipes page, I don't want to have to delete individual active snipes. I used to be able to tag multiple snipes and delete them all at once. This seems to be no longer possible. I do not have any "delete" or "cancel" buttons showing to click. Did this functionality go away? I have verified this in both Firefox 4 and IE9.

I miss the mass-delete/cancel button too - It used to be so simple: Selected the ones I wanted to delete (or selected all of them and then un-checked the active ones, then click one cancel button).

You can set the "Choose Snipes" dropdown filier to "Active". That at least ignores the old onactive ones.

Unfortunately the filter doesn't remember the status when you close then open the site back up. It would be nice if it remembered it was set on "Active" instead of going back to "All".

Many of the filter options don't work, though- For example "Ended" and "Lost" will list nothing, even though I have many old snipes ended or lost.

So if you bring the mass delete button back, please also fix the filter so we can just list ended snipes, click the "check all" button, and delete all the old snipes in one click.

If too many people were calling Customer Service to undelete snipes they accidentally deleted, then just flag them as deleted, and don't display those... Then also have a "Un-delete" button which lists the snipes marked as deleted in a pop-up screen and lets you check the ones you want to un-delete.

Now deleting them individually is a pain, because the screen refreshes each time and goes back to the top, so then you have to scroll down and find the next one, which is time consuming if there's dozens.

If AJAX was used so the whole screen would stay fixed, the snipes below would just slide up to replace the one you deleted. That would make deleting individual snipes much faster.

Hmm - this actually seems to be working for me. If I set the filter to "Won" and then close the tab without logging out and open it again to the My Snipes page, I am still on the "Won" filter-set. Upon logging out and back in, it shows the "Active" filter which is the default filter.

Some of the filters have a time frame set to show just the last 90 days worth of information. This is done for numerous reasons not the least of which is it could be confusing to people who snipe a ton to have a much more massive amount of information showing right there. Already 90 days worth could be a ton of info to begin with. If you need to find snipes further back than that, we have the "Search all Snipes" link right under the filter box. That search functionality should get you just what you need.

I hear your complaint and I can see where that would be very annoying. It is not our desire to make things more irritating to our users. We will look into this matter.

Thanks for being a Sniper customer!
