How are you, as auction buyer, supposed to fill out the U-PIC insurance claim form when the insurance was bought through AuctionSniper?
To log in at U-PIC's site, you need some mysterious client ID and password (it's likely they mean AuctionSniper and not you, it looks like), and their downloadable claim form asks for all this, which someone who bought insurance through AuctionSniper wouldn't have):

Client ID:
So how do you really file with them? (AuctionSniper currently has a case open for me because their link from their site for insurance claims for a specific auction purchase I did is just generating a U-PIC error message. I'm hopeful that if this gets resolved, maybe some of the fields in the online form ... not the downloadable form ... are pre-filled.)
