How to delete an Auction Sniper Account?

Hello:

When a registered user account is no longer active and requires deletion, how does one go about deleting an account?

The account in question was created by me for my wife. Sadly, my wife passed away on November 6, 2013, and I would like to delete the account. The account name is luchaheidi.
