How Does Seller Know I Used AS???

I'm pretty new to AS, but I wasn't aware that if you win an auction the seller knows you used AS. I recently received a message from the seller with this subject: RE: Auction Sniper Winning Bidder Info (eBay Item #5607XXXXX). Her note rather curtly asked if I hadn't already received her automated invoice.

Maybe I'm missing something, but I don't think I want the buyer to know I won by using AS. I'm sure she would rather the two of us bidders had fought it out, driving up the price. I don't want her leaving less than favorable feedback.

Is there a way to keep this from happening?
