How do you guys handle Non-Paying Bidders on Ebay???

How long do you guys give NPB's on ebay before landing the negative???

My auction terms are fairly simple.

Old version:

Payment is expected within 7 days of auction close. I accept, Paypal, C2it, Bidpay, Money orders, & billpoint. Those who want to send a money order use checkout & send it the provided address.

New Version:

Same as above with the addition of: Due to NPB's, I no longer accept Money orders from buyers with less than 5+ feedback rating.

I figured this will cut down on the B.S. excuses that the deadbeat bidders use & this forces them to pay me faster. If they don't, NEGATIVE!!!!!!!

What do you guys do? Please some input Wink

Second, I don't have time to run to the bank for every $4 money order. Third, it lets me keep payments in one place.

For NPB--I send a warning note on the 7th day, and a final warning on the 8th. Then they get NPB, neg feedback and I file for FVF. I just don't have time to mess with it. I tried to be nice for a long time. And if a buyer emails me and keeps in communication, i will ususally cut an extra couple days slack. but then thats it.
