How do you guys get what you want?

First off..WELCOME.
I looked at it. That is a typical example of what we mean when we talk about nibbling up the price.
From what I can see, it is a NEW TYPE of GIZMO.
That in itself makes it popular, and thus a litte high. Now, you say you want to get it at a better price. That is where bid groups come into play.
1. Read the "Help" item on bid groups.
2. Click on the area on the upper right area of your My Snipes, that says:
Manage folders.
3. Set up your bid group folder..BE SURE TO CHECK THE BOX WHERE IT SAYS BID GROUP.
4. Set up a search on eBay and AS for that item so you are notified whenever one pops up for bid. Snipe it, and toss it (move to) into the folder/bid group. Then just "TRY WAIT" as they say in Hawaii. It takes a lot of nail bitting and waiting. You will lose a lot to higher bidders, but sooner or later, you will win. And when you do....CONGRATULATIONS FOR WINNING AT YOUR PRICE.

thanx shop, but i figured all that stuff out already... i had a feeling there would be lots of nail-biting involved. i have already under-bit about 40 of the things... at least there are lots on there.

i don't want it coz its new, or shiny, but for a gift for someone. it would be a perfect little dictaphone/company on the train/storage device.
