How do you do Bid Groups???

I cannot seem to find this info anywhere, and need it in like, 2 hours!!!!!!
Is there a tutorial somewhere?
And what is UBB?

At the top of this page, you'll find the word 'search.' Click on that, and in the resulting window type "bid groups" (without the quotation marks). Then click the search button at the bottom of that page. You'll get a seemingly endless list of informational posts about bid groups.
