I received an e-mail from support with a link to get answer to a support case and when I click on the link this is what I get: "Support Case # xxxxxx Sorry, you have no access to this case." How do I find the answer to my question?

When you block a person, they can no longer invite you to a private message or post to your profile wall. Replies and comments they make will be collapsed/hidden by default. Finally, you'll never receive email notifications about content they create or likes they designate for your content.
