I received an e-mail from support with a link to get answer to a support case and when I click on the link this is what I get:
"Support Case # xxxxxx
Sorry, you have no access to this case." How do I find the answer to my question?

I think your link should look like this:
http://support.auctionsniper.com/thread.asp?cid=xxxxxx-yyyy
replace xxxxxx with the case number
replace yyyy with first 4 letters/numbers of your email address.
Does it look like that?

Ya, that problem is usually caused by crummy email programs formatting the links incorrectly.
Make sure your email program didnt also add a period to the end of the url.
