I must say, its quite disappointing when you see a *support* response in this kind of tone.

I mean, I understand that crizo's opening wasnt all that pleasant, but a post on this board from a Support person....isnt just going to be read by the OP...many potential customers may read these replies and be put off.

I would choose a different wording Smile but I agree 100% with the idea, secured login should be the default!

After all, this login provide access to our eBay account and can have monetary implications.
