What do you want explained? 
The reasons don't make any sense. I clicked the confirmation and it showed me the auction not finished, and the other with a much lower bid than I had.
Both of those auctions look like bog standard run of the mill ones without a snipe to be seen anywhere. Are we to take it that you had snipes set up for them and they failed for some reason?
Yes, I had a snipe on them for many days at $7.53
For auction 2363063351, a snipe bid of $7.53 wouldn't be accepted because there was already a high bid of $7.55 from the winning bidder (that was also his/her maximum bid in this case). You would have needed a snipe of at least $7.55+one bid increment (whatever it is at that level - I don't know it for sterling let alone dollars) for eBay to accept the bid.
The winning bid came in well before the end of the auction so I would go further and say that not only would the snipe not be accepted but that it wouldn't have been placed in the first place because it was already known to be too low and you should have got a message to that effect from AS. Perhaps you did and got tied in a knot by them?

ok, 2363063351 went over my bid by 4 cents..ugggg. But the other one sold for $3.25. That is wayyy less than my bid of $7.53. ??
On -3351, the bid had moved beyond your snipe bid of $7.53, so it would not be able to be placed.
On the other, your snipe SHOULD have been able to be placed. What was your lead time? Maybe you need to lengthen it. 9 seconds has been working for me lately.

I've been using 10 seconds for weekdays, and 15 for weekends.
I think we might have missed the second one during our Friday maintenance but I'm not certain. We normally do not miss snipes then but thats the only thing I can think of besides eBay just not processing it. But since it was at 2:49 they rarely screw up at that hour.
