Help w/paying to snipe account w/PayPal echeck? Please?

I have been trying to get hold of support or someone to find out why last echeck (that cleared 4/20) has not posted to my snipe account.No reply to emails yet to Adam Roth or support - any ideas or suggestions as to problem & how to fix? This is really curtailing my snipe activity - trying to stretch what`s in there till this gets added - & I`ve already gotten spoiled - don`t wanna go in there w/out my snipe abilities! Thanks

On Help page there is a link to open support case - & boy is it fast! Responded right away & are checking into it. I think it was a case of 2 payments for same amount made & honest mistake in posting them - (only one was posted - but they were paid pretty close together!)
