I'm selling alot right now, and have listings ending every day. Alot of the buyers are the same so they have multiple items over many days. How do I get the sold page to clump the purchases for one buyer together without sending an invoice each time? I keep them open until the buyer says they are finished. Or, if I do send an invoice each day, how do I make it a total combined invoice with one shipping etc after say a couple weeks? Does this make any sense to anyone?? Heh, not enough coffee yet!
I'm just a (patched up) Raggedy Ann in a Barbie doll world!

Hi, In your auction listing you need to 'Apply shipping discount when buyer purchases multiple items from me.'

If you are using TurboLister, it's under shipping costs. Click change, select one of the two 'yes' buttons at the top, check the discount box at the bottom and click on the 'shipping discount' link.

After the last auction ends, click on the 'send invoice'. eBay will clump them all together and mark them all as invoice sent.

MG - I never use that shipping discount thingie and my ebay always combines purchases.

All I do is Click "Send Information" and a summary comes up with all the buyers purchases. The other way to do it is, go to your *sold* page (I have mine set to *current week*) and if you scroll down the list the multipurchase buyer will have a list there and you can send the postage.
