Can anyone tell me the best internet service to use to send flowers to my daughter in law in Belgium (I'm in the US) She was in a serious car accident yesterday. She's doing ok so far, but she's also pregnant and very upset and scared besides being hurt. I did a google search and so many came up that I don't know where to start. Of course the pictures look great, but I want to be sure the flowers are very nice. I came here because I know there are members all over the world and hope someone has had experience and can give me a tip. Thanks to anyone that can help.
