HELP! (please) can NOT change password! grrrrr | Auction Sniper

After almost 10 years of eBay buying and selling safely, my account was somehow hacked, hence I had to change my eBay password. Simple thing - done deal - no problems at all.

Until I tried to change my AuctionSniper password. I've been trying for almost three days, several times a day (and I've emptied caches & cookies & rebooted until my fingers are tired).

I sign in with my old password, go to My Snipes, then to Modify Account (where my correct user name appears). I then enter my new password and re-enter it in the confirm box...scroll down the page and click on the 'update my account information' and get this (in red letters):

There was an error(s) in the following fields: eBay Username

Invalid eBay username and password.

AND, I've tried this process several times on Firefox, IE, and my old Netscape browser!

Does anybody have ANY idea what's happening, or what I could possibly doing wrong. After spending several hours on this I am TOTALLY frazzled.

They are usually pretty quick. Somewhere under 30 minutes. Hard to say. Depends on their current requests.

Hmm - changed mine (first time in 6 years!) - worked fine in IE7

After sending a report to support, I tried it again about an hour later...and it worked!

'Dunno what was snagged, but it's unsnagged now
