Hi,
I am new here and would like some advice.
I have been trading on Ebay for over a year now with 100% feedback and many happy customers.
Last night I discovered someone had listed items for sale under my user name without my permission. (Please note, I have never disclosed my password or details to anyone or replied to a spoof email.)
So,I removed these items and reported the fraudulent activity to Ebay.
24 hours later, Ebay have suspended my account, removed the items I was selling and cancelled the bids I was making !
This is for being honest and trying to do the 'right' thing !
Will my account be reinstated ? If so, how long does it take ? Will my feedback rating be affected ? And when I list items in the future will my customers know my account has been previously suspended by Ebay.
I feel my trustworthyness has been damaged here and this has really upset me.
Any advice would really be appreciated.

I think I looked at every E-bay help and support page I could find.
When I received the emails telling me my account was suspended, listings cancelled etc, I did reply immediately by e-mail explaining it was ME who brought the fraudulent activity to their attention and instead of thanks I am punished by having my account suspended !
This was 5 hours ago, and I am still awaiting a reply.
This has really upset me and if anyone has been in a similar situation or can please give advice I would appreciate it. I would just like my account reinstated without any blemishments, but will it happen and how long does it take ?
