How did you pay?

If, for example, you used paypal your credit card's registered address is supplied by defalt (but can be turned off).

If you paid by post with cash or a cheque then not supplying a shipping address seems somewhat unusual.

Check the seller's feedback - if it is good then I don't see any reason to worry.

If you are really sure that you didn't supply an address and the seller had acknowledged the payment then you may want to contact the seller again and confirm the address he/she used to ship your goods.

And if it were me and I realised that I had failed to supply a shipping address to a seller I would send an apologetic e-mail containg the address before posting anything here!

It may not be obvious to you, but ebay sellers are left to juggle a very disorganised sequence of payment and information, which is why many have specific requirements, 'paypal address only' or 'print this e-mail and include it with your postal payment'. There is nothing more frustrating to a streamlined sales and shipping process than taking time out to follow up on someone who missed something out.

And while I'm at it - Why is this 'URGENT'? It appears to me that any action you take today could be taken tomorrow with equal effect.

eBay automatically sends an email to the buyer and the seller. If you did not get an email from eBay, they may have the wrong email address for you. To check your registration information on file with eBay go to My eBay, Click Accounts tab, then click 'View account status'

Did you use PayPal, or Click a 'Pay Now' at the close of the auction?

Did you receive an email but it didn't include the seller's address?

P.S. - Actually, I see by your 1st post that email isn't the problem. Wink

As a Seller, if you use the "Send Information" button to send your buyer an invoice as such - you get their delivery details.

As a Buyer, if you use the "Pay Now" button, you will automatically send the seller your information.

If you use the "get contact information" link from ebay, you only get the Other Parties Name, phone number, name and Suburb/Town the other party is in. You dont get their actual address and you can only access this information if you are involved in a transaction with this person.

PUPPY - You definately want to get rid of that link!!!!!
