HELP! Can't sign in?!

I'm trying to sign into AuctionSniper before my very first snipe hits in a few hours, but the homepage WON'T LET ME IN! It just keeps refreshing each time I try to enter my username & password - Yes, I've tried to adjust all my cookie settings like it says in the FAQ, but to no avail - What is going on?!

Are you sure you are not already signed in? If you signed in before, you may still be. I tried signing out and back in and it seemed to be working.

Michael,

Did you click the "Remember me" button when you logged in? If you don't, AS will log you out, every 15 minutes or so.

Around 4:45ish A.M. EST I could not get into AS either... same behavior. eBay was not responding either. I think it was about 15-20 minutes before it all started working again.

When AS is down for maint. then this happens - you enter user Id and password and it just takes you back to the home page without any warning message.

Perhaps AS could put a message up so that people don't waste their time trying and retrying their password etc...?!
