eBays servers for bidding aren't working properly. The same thing is happening if you try and bid manually on eBay as well. This is an eBay problem and our service is working as expected. In fact using us gives you a higher chance of your bid being accepted since we send the bid from 4 locations. So your bid is sent to eBay 4 times. The odds of it making it to one of the computers at eBay which is functioning properly is higher.

Even though eBay screwed up you can still get free snipes here:

Ya, last night really stunk. We got nailed. I mean we were bidding 4x for every snipe and still many snipes didnt make it. That's horrible. But had you bid on eBay your odds woulda been 4x as bad since that would have been only 1 bid.

A week or so ago they announced some changes to the bid pages. I'm not sure if their troubles were related to putting those new changes or not, but that's certainly the worst they've performed in a number of months. The bad part is most people dont read here, or even talk with support and so they'll never know it's eBay. We just lose customers in cases like this. We like to reward those that come here to the community and those that file support cases with the free snipe link even though it isn't our fault.

Sometimes it's our fault and we usually admit it, but most of the time it's not. Maybe 85% eBay 15% us. Which it should be the opposite considering they are a multibillion dollar company.
