This happens with all web browsers.

AuctionSniper constantly ignores the issue of its secure login page not appearing to be secure. If the padlock is not closed and https:// does not appear in the address bar then something is badly wrong.

It just happens that Internet Explorer detects pages containing both secure and insecure content and offers to the option to ignore insecure content. I always take this option and am rewarded with the confirmation of https:// and the padlock closing.

Security matters to me. I don't want my eBay logon details traversing the Internet unencrypted.

AuctionSniper should behave more responsibly with its users' security. The Internet is dangerous enough without web sites being careless with their customers' welfare.
