Lol !
You're not a REAL puppy raiser till you've cleaned up in the middle of a mall with 20+ people watching !
I'd rather do that with a dog, than a horse ANY day.

That's why we don't use Danes !
The advantage of a horse is their life span. They can work for 20 years. The average working life of a normal Normal NORMAL sized dog is 8-10 years. It costs about $20,000 to graduate a dog.
Am I boring you yet?

Actually there is a search engine called "Dogpile"; it is the only one that I use.

Does that apply to searching for images? Or, put another way, do you have experience searching for images with both Google and Dogpile?
If there's a better image search engine then Google, I'm all for using it.
Image search for 'white german shepherd'
GOOGLE = 376 hits YAHOO = 376 hits DOGPILE = 652 hits
Dogpile seems just a tiny bit harder because it brings up the web page and you have to scroll and look for the image rather than being displayed at the top of the page like Yahoo and Google.
Worth it sometimes for the extra hits.
Thanks again Dave

Puppy - no I aint kidding about the dog poop v's horse poop. I KNOW my horse only eats grass and hay, I have no idea what the dog eats. Also, I have never dry retched from shovelling horse poop. The Mall situation, my horse is 16.3 hands high (think HUGE)so they aint no way he is going in the mall. My dog is part Great Dane and he leaves piles the size of Mt Everest around the yard.
Oh - I can pay my nephews and neices to clean up the horse poop coz they sell it to the gardeners around the area. I cant do anything to make them clean up the dog poop.
What a lovely topic this is

Yes 16.3 IS a tall horse! For anyone that doesn't ride, probably 15 hands is an average full size horse for a woman.
Mrs M - you are a wealth of knowledge

Maybe it has something to do with a vegetarian diet versus a carnivorous one.
Have you all had your fiber today?

Re: Your green smilies. My sentiments exactly!
My stomach still gets a little queasy when I see dog owners let their dogs lick them in the face! You never know where that tongue has been!
Now y'all know why I turned out like I did -- I had a demented dog when I was a kid!
