The easiest way to do what you are wanting (I dont know what email program you are using) is to save the relevant sized pix back to your hard drive. Just right click and *save picture as* and then send it as you would normally - as an attachment.

If that isnt going to work with what you are using - lemme know and I will reply when I wake up ...I am off to bed ...ickie work tomorrow!!
