General questions about filing AuctionSniper insurance claim

So if an item you won arrives with the box damaged and item missing, how should you really proceed: Just file an insurance claim through AuctionSniper/U-PIC and they reimburse you?

Are you supposed to then notify the auction seller or does it matter?

Are you supposed to notify PayPal or eBay in any way?

What if the auction seller also put USPS insurance on the package (unrequested by you)?

Are you supposed to notify USPS at any point?

And what do you usually do about leaving feedback for them (if the item was decently packaged)?
