Gallery Picture

I just placed a listing with a gallery picture. I have listed this same item maybe 300 or so times. I got a message saying they could not find the picture to put in the gallery and I should go to the site and correct it. I did this and now have a black and white square that says "click here to see picture". Has anyone else encountered this?

I am seeing this problem on other listings. It appears to be impacting more recent auctions. I don't know if this will help, but eBay's Systems' Status page has some info about a picture transition that started 9/19:

Perhaps this is connected to the new formats they are instilling. It was just a little exasperating to see my ad with no gallery picture, that had been paid for, for a day.

Yes, Rick, but when I did all of this, I still had no picture for a day. I only had a framed message saying to click for picture which took you to the auction. It was a little frustrating, but eventually solved itself.
