FROM 'SNIPE' AND BACK TO EBAY

Hi Folks,
When I connect on to my 'Snipe Icon' on Ebay I immediately connect to the 'AuctionSniper.com' but I then lose Ebay and have to reconnect to it the long way round i.e. typing in the URL etc.
Can anyone help please?

What version of Windows are you using?

What internet browser are you using?
