Free Trail Period

I tried signing up for this service.. It said that my first three auctions would be free.. As I signed up and entered my first item number it said I had already won three auctions and had used up my free ones, I haven't even used the service yet..It makes me very lery of registering Credit card with you.. How do we fix this problem?
