Free snipes not given to referer

I was referred to use your service by my friend, and I've entered his e-mail address as the referer. However he said he was not given 3 free snipes. Can you confirm this and fix it if possible? It's been 3 days (or so) since I signed up. His e-mail is yswai@hotmail.com .

Hello,

Many others have had trouble with the referral system. If you have referred a friend, and they signed up, then your account should be credited immediately. But if they do not enter your email address exactly as it was entered when you signed up, then a referral is not made.

We are working to make the system less strict. I will credit your account with the three free snipes.
