Fraudulent auction seller

Can i get a refund on my snipe charges for a auction from a fruadulent ebayer? I bid on 36 auctions from an ebay seller upscaleclubs. They are saying the person died or some story like that depending on who i speak/email with?

They are not honoring the auctions? What do I do? Its about $150 in snipe charges!
