I tried to make folders and MOVE bids INTO seperate folders. It does not seem to work. It just looks like they get labeled differently but not truly moved into the a seperate folders.

Any useful instructions for this on-line?

You have your filters set wrong.

Change your "Choose Folder" box from "All Snipes" to either "My Snipes" or some other specific folder you want to view.

I change to All Snipes then close the session. When I go back it just shows My Snipes and not the other folders. I have cookies enabled so what could be the problem?

Display Options under Modify Account will set your default view.
