firefox - website issues | Auction Sniper

Hi,

I've recently been having issues with the website. It only happens when I use Firefox.

I login OK, but often when I click on 'my snipes' tab at the top, it takes me back to the main page with the login prompt. If I click on of the other tabs at the top, it takes me there - then I can click back on 'my snipes' and the snipe list will come up. Then when I click on a button there, say 'manage bidgroups', it might take me there or it must just as often take me back to the login page again!!

I've tried deleting all auctionsniper cookies and started again - same problem.

I'm using Firefox 2.0. I was using 1.x previously and had the same problem. If I use IE, the problems go away

Any other Firefox users have issues?

I am experiencing the same problem. Although the site doesn't work much better in IE...there are long timeouts and it is very unreliable. I have submitted a support request so we will see what they have to say.

I use Firefox too. I've found that the "Snipe It Now" tab I've placed on the toolbar opens a new browser page with the Snipe info BEHIND the Ebay page, so I have to go to there in order to place a snipe. Shouldn't the Snipe It Now popup appear on TOP of the Ebay screen?

I've tried to allow popups for Ebay and AS, but I still get the same result.

And yes, AS is pretty sluggish in Firefox, and I too have been randomly taken to the Sign-On screen.
