I just want a pretty little Icon like I get when I setup a link using http://auctionsniper.com/ in the URL field.

For my snipe it now, I'm using: javascript:void(win=window.open('http://www.auctionsniper.com/snipeit/snipeit.aspx?from=.page'+location.href,%20'SnipeItNow',%20'width=500,height=300,resizable=yes,scrollbars=no,menubar=no,status=no'))

I can enter in my own Icon, but I don't know the url for the one Auction Sniper uses for the http://auctionsniper.com/ . I've built a few web pages before and usually the icon is stored as favicon.ico but I didn't know where you stored it, or if the file name was different.

P.S. I Love Auction Sniper, I just won a lot of 4 for an item I was willing to pay $100 for. I got the whole lot for $110. People are paying $130 for one. Can anyone say resale?
Dead easy!

1. Open up this link in IE:
http://uk.auctionsniper.com/favicon.ico
2. Right click on the image and "save picture as" and save it as favicon.ico in your My Pictures file
3. right click on the "Snipe It Now" link in your Links toolbar and choose Properties
4. Choose Change Icon
5. Browse to My Pictures and select favicon.ico
6. Click OK. Click OK.

That's it!

More techy stuff:

Create your own Icon here:
http://www.chami.com/html-kit/services/favicon/

If you create web pages, save the favicon.ico in the directory where the HTML pages reside and add this code to each one just before the </head> tag:
<link rel="shortcut icon" href="favicon.ico">

Confused? Ask away...
