error message "Your snipe could not be added at this moment..."

I'm getting the following error message while trying to snipe. I've tried this on a couple of different accounts, different browsers, and all day long and keep getting the error message.

"Your snipe could not be added at this moment. Please try again."

This occurs on item # 290335501557. Other items appear to work but not this one!

Whats going on?
