error message "out of free snipes"

Hello,

I'm getting this:

"Out of free snipes
You have run out of free snipes. Please activate your account, or add a balance to it in order to keep sniping. "

...when I try to add a new snipe. I have a balance on file on about 5 bucks. I don't understand why I am seeing this.

Please help. I need to place a bid ASAP!

Not that I would ever challenge you, region2, and I definitely would never be critical, but I’m thinking (only “thinking” now , not making a statement of fact) you’re probably too late to help ebayauctiondaddy. But thanks for trying. It’s the “ASAP” that could provide an important clue.
