I have sent at least two different questions to AS and I get a response back that tells me to go to this address to view my response. When I click on the web address I always get a message that says I am not authorized to view this information. When I have sent messages back explaining the situation, I get another email back telling me to go to this site to review my answer, which of course has the same "your not authorized to enter" message. How in the world do you get a real answer from anyone at AS.
