About a week ago I stopped getting email alerts on outbid and loosing auctions. I emailed support five times. It's still broken. When is it going to be fixed?

Thanks for asking about the emails. We have been experiencing intermittent issues with our email servers. The issues we have fixed have solved the email problem for some and not for others.

I've emailed support and requested that my account be cancelled immediately. Email has been broken for ten or more days and still not fixed. This is too long for a paid service.
Hang on - why cancel? All you have to do is stop using it. And the alleged lack of emails doesn't affect the actual sniping. I reckon you work for the competition!?
