eBay update?

Sara mentioned in another topic that eBay did an update that changed the location of some things on a screen display. Now I have another question: I listed something today & something 2 days ago. I elected to have BIN prices on each. 2 days ago, the BIN fee was $0.05. Today the BIN fee was $0.01?! Is this for real, or did I misread it?

BTW, the posts about "BIN stomping" inspired me to set BINS. I figured I could sooner see if there was any interest in an item if the BIN got stomped. So far, it hasn't!

Oh well, it SEEMED like a good idea!

Ebay is having a special today and tomorrow on BIN and a couple other options for 1cent.

Buy It Now option: For Auction-style listings and Auction-style Motors Non-Vehicles listings, the Buy It Now fee will be $0.01. This feature is available on the Sell Your Item Form, eBay Seller Tools, and most third party tools. Fixed Price, eBay Motors Vehicles, Live Auction, International, Professional Services, and all Stores Inventory Listings will be excluded from the Buy It Now sale.

All other fees (all Insertion Fees, all Final Value Fees and all other optional listing upgrade fees, such as Gallery, Gallery Featured, Featured Plus!, Subtitle, Highlight, Bold, extended duration insertion fees, etc.) will still be charged. The promotional rate does not apply to listings with a start date prior to December 4th, 2003, including those listings revised during the promotional period.
