eBay Listing program

I was wondering if some of the sellers here could help me. I am looking for a new item listing software program. SAPro is too much of a headache for me. The program I desire has to do the following:

-Be computer based (not dependant on internet)
-Multiple user ID usage
-include ebay storefront listing
-Save templates and old listings
-Quick dial-up uploading
-Allow easy multiple auction cancelation and relist
-does not need every day upgrades and downloads

Yeah.. I know, I am dreaming!.. grr..
