I know I've seen you guys talking about this before and at that point I didn't put my 2 cents worth in but I've dealt with enuff stinkers now that I really feel like it. I think that feedback from the seller should come upon receipt of payment. When I'm the seller I do (unless I am afraid of a problem...I've only had that once and if you want to understand my apprehension I'll explain it to but anyhow..). Now I'm in a situation where I really believe the person purposely screwed me becuz I didn't remember to purchase insurance but I don't want to ruin my 100% rating. So *I* think that we who do not believe this is right to "feedback blackmail" should make a point of leaving feedback that tells which sellers give feedback up front and which do not. If this became a widespread practice it might make some difference.

Also, *I* believe it ought to be the responsibility of ebay to moniter that. So for example if you reported someone for not leaving feedback within a resonable time after you PayPaled them (meaning you KNOW they already have your payment) ebay would send them a warning. Feedback blackmail should NOT be "legal". How do we get this going? I feel strongly about it....maybe I'm just anal but I don't WANT to give up my 100% but I've not left feedback once before becuz I couldn't leave positive and I don't want to do it this time either but I can't let this guy go and have good conscious about it.
