E Bay Sellers keep mum on shipments

My biggest gripe about EBay sellers that receive my payment without acknowlegment, and I wait, wait for shipment to arrive, not knowing if the payment was received, when it was shipped and by what means it was shipped. Usually I wait about 10 days then e-mail them with no reply.

Yes, I agree, it is a common courtesy to let your bidders know when you receive their payments, and when the item is to be shipped. I always let my bidders know, and I send a confirmation email after the package has been sent as well. I appreciate the same when I am the bidder, but find that only about 60% of sellers do this.

It is also very frustrating that a high number of Ebay'ers do not leave feedback. About 20% of my transactions did not recieve feedback. It is the only way to let others know of you fortune or misfortune in dealing with a buyer or seller.
