duplicate snipes problem

recently took down large # snipes to single seller. 73 successes, but ended up as 93 successful snipes. ie: 20 duplications together with pictures to confirm same. how did that happen and how do I reverse extra charges if that happens. (this just happened 12/23/03)

I checked your Balance via the link on your My Snipes tab and see you have 75 wins from Dec 21-23.

Pictures and titles can be the same. Item #'s can not. Please make sure that they were indeed the same eBay item #. The seller very well may have put the same item up for sale as 2 different auctions. We dont allow bidders to enter the same eBay item twice. So I'm not sure how this can happen. It doesnt look like it did, so please confirm.
