Downloading Wins Information?

Hi. I can't find the listing in the forum, but I know the question of how to download information from wins tracker has been dealt with before. Can anyone direct me to that discussion, or provide the information again? I'd like to be able to get the information for each individual win (including addresses and notes) without having to cut and paste for each one.
